Often times, the camera will come with the wrist version of the lanyard when purchased.  As for the camera neck lanyard, you’ll most likely have to purchase this accessory.  When making this purchase, you want to make sure that the lanyard strap fits the camera and is not too big.  Camera lanyards can be found at many online retailers.  Prices will often be cheaper and the selection will be better when shopping online, but you can also find camera lanyards at a local photography shop or supply store.
